The Zone’s Legal Clinic is offered free of change in partnership with Columbus Legal Aid! The purpose of the clinic is to help low-income person who can’t afford a lawyer to move one step closer to resolving their legal problem.


When:
Every second Thursday of the month from 5:30-7:30 pm

Where: Crossroads United Methodist Church, 1100 S. Hague Avenue, at the corner of Briggs Road.


Additional Details:

  • Interpreters are available on-call for any language upon request.
  • Registration is followed by conference with a lawyer.  Participants are matched with an attorney with appropriate specialization or experience, so we do not operate on a “first-come-first-served” basis.  Rather, we will make sure participants have the best match to the skills of their lawyer.

*Participation is restricted to those whose gross household income is 250% of the Federal Poverty level (this includes wages and salaries before any deductions, child support received, Social Security retirement or disability benefits, SSI benefits, and any other cash or money income received by any member of the household.  Gross income does not include food stamps, medical cards, or housing voucher or subsidies.)
